Horrible service rude staff . You ask for extra onions and they give one tiny piece or for anything you ask for extra and you get a side attitude and eye roll. Don't go here they have so many better subways. And this place doesn't take coupons
Go to Jersey Mikes! This place sucks! By far the worst customer service ever! The employees don’t have name tags. Disrespectful and just a sad sad place! Read the previous reviews ! Sept 12, 12:55pm at Indian Hill & Arrow, Claremont. Came to buy 2 BMTs, asked for salami on the side since they were charging me double pepperoni. Employee wanted to charge me double for my own meat, told me "go to another Subway", accused me of insulting her when I never did, and laughed when I said I would take a photo to report. I left without buying anything. Very humiliating experience.
Sandwiches was skimpy and the turkey was funky. Didn't get my order right. Not one person in there and trying to hurry me up. Overpriced! Still hungry!
DONT come the owner of this subway franchise does not allow subway cupons or subway rewards even on the subway app this location will not show up why does she does this who knows id rather drive down to the one next to super king the owner there does allow rewards and cupons other then the owner of this location the staff is incredible! Super kind but i would hate to have her as a boss.
