The older man in there is rude and works so slow. Came in to pick up a to go order and had to wait on it 10-15 minutes while he prepared other to go orders for people who weren’t there. He added stuff to my sandwich I didn’t want and left out stuff I did want. I had to correct him but gave up after he lathered my sandwich in mayo I didn’t want. The sandwich is ruined but I don’t have another 10 minutes to wait on him to make a new one.
Took me twice to realize I won’t be giving them my service again. First time, my online order was having trouble getting through. The manager was unhelpful, wouldn’t inform me whether or not the order was showing up on his end, and didn’t seem to care, even as I sat there for about 15 minutes. Second time, as soon as I walk in with my coupon, same guy grumbles “no coupons”.
