I had to return two separate times because my mobile order took over 30 minutes. And when I did finally get it the toasted sandwich was ice cold. Never coming to this location again
I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. I showed the employee my BOGO $1 offer on the app, and she told me it would be honored as long as my number was registered. I trusted her and placed my order. But when I went to pay, another worker refused the offer, saying the first person was new and didn’t know the policy.
