Shanda is a great person and a hard worker
UPDATE: I just had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. There were two employees working, and it was obvious one of them was in charge. The problem is, instead of helping, she stood there with a bad attitude while the other guy was trying to handle three customers at once by himself. He was doing everything, taking orders, making sandwiches, trying to keep up and she just kept bossing him around, getting visibly frustrated, and making the whole situation more stressful and inefficient than it needed to be.
