Seriously I wish the employees would read the tickets better for online orders. I never get extra mayo or ranch. No one wants a dry sandwich. Please whoever is the manager needs to have a talk to the employees to make sure they are reading online tickets correctly!!! Its really not that hard and if the employees cant read they probably dont need to be working there!!! Seems a lot of people are having issues so must have issues with managment as well!!!!
I never leave reviews… but I had to this time. I just ordered online for pickup and when I got home I realized that was a horrible mistake. Hands down the worst quality-made subway sandwich I’ve ever gotten. My sandwich wasn’t even cut in half aside from the top half of the bun (no big deal), the bread was dry and stale, the American cheese was piled in the center, almost zero lettuce, meat was falling off, and there’s no chance they put the extra mayo I requested on the sandwich. Best sandwich artist in the Country working here! I had the best sub made as per my request. The young man did an amazing job. This coming from a past sandwich artist for five years. Big kudos and thanks to the staff! My favorite Subway now!
