I rarely write reviews, but I've never been to a subway which has been so consistently wrong with every order I place. Today, I drove 50 mins just TRYING to get my actual, correctly made, ~$30 subway order. My original two subs? The sauces on them were switched, and the sandwiches were completely soaked. Oh, and don't think about calling and explaining that you're already home, and asking if you can simply get them replaced tomorrow, they'll tell you that you have to bring them back now if you want anything to be done about ... read more
I waited for five minutes at the store in Jay, Maine, with no employee in the store. I walked around the store where the employee ANDREW was yelling on the phone to somebody very aggressively. He looked at me and said what do you want? I told him I was picking up a DoorDash, she told me it didn’t exist and kept yelling at me when I told him he was being unprofessional and rude He never gave me the DoorDash.
Never accurate and never apologize for making people drive all the way back to get it fixed
18 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only person in line, took them 10 minutes to respond to me just to tell me their not gonna open till 10? Place sucks
