Often visited this place. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience. The owner should be aware of how this location is being operated. Visited on 06/11/2026 3:50PM I ordered two 6-inch sandwiches: 1. Turkey sandwich with an added egg patty The employee put only three very thin slices of turkey on the sandwich. Tristan and James were amazing! Great service
Ordered 4 footlongs via app today and they got all 4 wrong (put olives on them when NONE had olives ordered), one we paid for extra meat on -- did not have, it took redailing upwards of 30 times to get someone to answer the phone and auto escalating (asking for a manager...one not there) to get a reasonable resolution. I am not a 'karen' I give grace but the phone shouldn't be ignored and EVERY SINGLE sandwich should never be wrong when its 730pm cut on a Sunday aka not a busy hour.
Good food but every time I've asked for double turkey I've never gotten it, and I'm talking dozens of times
