Ordered spicy Italian and but. Both breads were hard at end and around side and tough. Sandwiches were cold
Husband ordered our lunch through the app. They got one sandwich right, the other the meat was all wrong. Ordered grilled chicken toasted and got ham pepperoni and salami. Yuck. Awful
This Subway at 3619B Cleveland Hwy. Has improved greatly. The past 2 times I got footlongs, and they were made so neatly and well put together and not half of sandwich ingredients in the wrapper. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was especially fresh and so soft. Even though I placed order online I had to go in to pickup off shelf and employees were friendly and restaurant was spotless. Keep up the great work guys because it is being noticed.
