Paid for double meat, this is what I got. They have always heated the meat before placing it on the bread, I guess they don't do that anymore. If you want it toasted, they burn it so bad it will break your teeth. This isn't the first bad experience at this location. The Philly meat has a bad taste, low quality meat I guess. This is the worst Subway in the history of Subways.
Both the lady and gentleman working did an amazing job. When we got there a lady in front of us had a big order and then a bunch of door dash people showed up so it got very busy quickly. The lady did an amazing job keeping her cool and making sandwiches and wraps quickly, you could tell she felt under pressure and overwhelmed but she did an amazing job. I just had to get on here and give a shoutout to Subway for the awesome customer service experience I’ve had multiple times at the Owensville location. Chris was our sandwich artist’s name each time on a Wednesday. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has excellent customer service skills! Even the girl working in the back made eye contact and smiled at us. I’m in the customer service business and I really appreciate when I see great service like this.
Had a great experience tonight! Young lady working, listened well, and was quick!
