Very disappointing experience yesterday night. Half the items we wanted were unavailable even though the app showed them as available and clearly wasn’t up to date. The chicken was being heated in a compostable bowl in the microwave instead of using the usual oven/trays. When items were unavailable, the staff member simply assumed we didn’t want a replacement. When we questioned it, she became argumentative. Worst Subway experience I’ve had. Won’t be returning to this location.
