Hard bread & not made as requested
I don't like to leave bad reviews for food but I have to. Ordered through Uber. 6 inch tuna sandwich with spinach, American cheese tomatoes, onions, and that Subkrunch on Italian herbs bread. I got a foot long, no cheese, got lettuce, no Subkrunch on regular bread. I got it fast, which is great, but obviously you guys don't know and don't care about your customers orders. Sandwich was good, but not what I ordered. Oh, I was overcharged $1.46 for extra cheese I didn't get! Also ordered my sandwich to be toasted.
Fix the temperature in the store!!! I was planning to eat inside the store but the temperature was unbearable! I could barely stand to be in the store long enough to order my sandwich. I felt terrible for the poor worker, having to stand in front of the hot ovens. We’re in a heat advisory and it felt hotter in the store than it was outside. He made a delicious sandwich so that was great but making someone work in those conditions is atrocious. Take care of the temperature, before someone passes out of heat stroke!
Giving 2 stars because the management should never let 1 person be serving during a rush hour lunch and making people wait up to 30 mins same on the owners or management at this point yall probably sitting in the back with your feet up ... 5 stars to the guy making the food and hustling pay that man more
