Staff were very prompt and polite.The food was even better .
Victor does not know how to read or what locations are in Chico. I placed an order thru the app, I got a notification it was ready, I proceeded to Subway. I asked for my order after being prompted and asked if I had an order for pickup. I saw my sandwich on the counter upon walking up to the counter. The young male that was working very quickly looked at the sandwiches and told me it wasn’t there. So rude. I asked for a refund for poorly made sandwiches and an olive pit being stuck in my tooth the last visit. I was offered no apology, and I was told when I called back that I should have said something while there. Before I ate my sandwich? Paid 28$ for crap food. Walmart location is 1000× better than this place.
