Subway has gone down hill. Food LITERALLT tastes unfresh and the they have 1 employee working and your order takes like 20 minutes to prep due to lunch time rush.
While i was making my order i saw a few roaches running across the wall, i said forget it and left.
I’ve never been so disappointed and upset with customer service. We were in there not 10 minutes ago and the worker was rude to an elder lady he was serving in front of us. Once she left he didn’t acknowledge us before going to the back for a few minutes to grab more produce. Once he was back WE had to say hello and ask if we could order he just gave us a nod and continued looking down at the tomatoes earphones in ear not looking or speaking to us. One of the rudest customer service ever this guy that works here I don’t know his name, but I came here around 10:18 today which is Thursday and he served me . You start putting it on topings for me I asked him to change his gloves because I’m allergic to some of the stuff because he was serving somebody else before me and he ignore that and still start putting toppings of his own so I stopped him and finally he listened and did it but that’s not how it’s supposed to be.
