Staff sits on the chairs and talks on the phone on their break, it makes us feel uncomfortable to sit and eat.
Customer service is absolutley horrendus. I was there today (July 29, 2025) at 2pm and the guy working the counter completly ignored me. I said "excuse me" and he still continued to ignore me. I just left and went to a different restaurant. Definitley won't be returning to this place. Just brutal!
Subway has gone down hill. Food LITERALLT tastes unfresh and the they have 1 employee working and your order takes like 20 minutes to prep due to lunch time rush.
While i was making my order i saw a few roaches running across the wall, i said forget it and left.
