I've always had good experiences here. The food is fresh, the ingredients are consistently good, and I like being able to customize my meal exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and service is usually quick, even during busy times. On this visit, the CO₂ was out for the fountain drink machine, so the sodas weren't carbonated. I went to get a Sub here and the guy told me he was closing the store at 7:30 instead of 9:30. I can see if it was 9 or 9:15 and it was a slow night but come on. Not sure why he closed it so early. Went to Jack in the Box and they were open. Thanks Jack!
Best service/sandwich I’ve had at a subway in a while
I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving at the store. Upon arrival no associate was up front and there were customers waiting who walked in moments before me. When the associate came out I asked if a mobile order was ready in which he said no despite the app saying it was ready. I walked back to my car, annoyed, but quiet, to get my daughter.
