The subway worker was so polite and professional. In a world of bad service it was certainly refreshing!!!
I usually enjoy Subway, but this location was very disappointing. The prices here feel noticeably higher than what is advertised in the official Subway app, and none of the app offers or deals were accepted when I tried to use them. If a store operates under the Subway brand and uses its name and system, customers naturally expect that official promotions and app-based discounts will be honored. Very disappointing experience. I ordered two subs and both were basically bread with a few toppings thrown on. They were extremely light on the meat and barely added any toppings, even when asked. For the price, it honestly felt like we were paying for bread more than an actual sandwich. Subway has really taken a turn for the worse. The quality and portions are nowhere near what they used to be, and the customer service didn’t help.
