Ordered for pick up on the app and waited 50 minutes for my food to be ready, 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

The young lady was rude and couldn't be bothered . I never do these but have worked the industry my whole life. Veggies were half if not fully empty and I asked if they had any and got an annoyed reply. She's slow rude and seems to not want to be there.
i paid extra for a deluxe hotshot italiano and i didn’t even get the usual amount of pepperoni and salami in my sandwich. also asked for extra lettuce and pickles olives and got less than the usual amount as well. don’t ever order online here, they will absolutely scam you.
