I ordered a sandwich from the online app here last Saturday, as I have done many times before. I walked into the store 10 minutes after the app said my sandwich would be ready. I walked directly to the vertical tray they have for pickup orders. There were no orders on the tray as it was empty. This was not the first time this had happened to me at this location. Girl that made the sandwich was nice, been hitting the bathroom all day. Food poisoning. Never going back. Subway is gross, don’t consider this place. Unsanitary obviously
Went in for a 15 dollar steak sandwich ordered at the kiosk and got toasted bread cold meat and cheese and no where near enough spread. I want my money back but I only had enough time off work to grab my messed up lunch. Thanks
This location really needs to update the take-out/delivery acceptance time. Waste of time showing up for my order and the store was closed. I would AVOID ordering for delivery at this location until they fix the issue.
