It's been a year since I have been back to our subway in Anthem Arizona because of issues. Anyway I thought I would get a meatball sub. The young lady made my meatball sub and toasted it she was pleasant. I got home and but into the sub and the meatballs and sauce were Luke warm at best. I grabbed one if my restaurant thermometers and probed the meatballs they were only 103 degrees. I have given up on this location. Always are understaffed so food is never ready and bread is usually stale as are the cookies . Long wait which is not the fault of the sweet people who are employed there.
Great service, Got my food really quickly. The food was perfect and delicious! I would totally come back to this location the next time I’m in the area!
I went inside of subway to acquire some delicious grub, whereupon I encountered a manager with dyed hair and piercings was yelling at a worker. I was distraught, speechless, all I wanted was my bmt etc etc. I acquired the bmt and a footlong cookie after waiting for 20 min. Upon my arrival home from the warzone I discovered my cookie was doughy and undercooked. Moral of the story, don’t ever order from here until they get a new manager.
