I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub on italian which is posted as $8.25. I made it a combo which added 2 cookies and a drink. My total was $17.87. When I inquired as to why the cost was so high I was told the prices on the board have not been updated for 3 years. I asked for an itemized receipt and they printed one that said "food". I was told something more specific was not available. Something isn't right here. Seems like customers are being cheated.
Quick and nice sandwich service
Husband ordered 6" and 12" subs with chocolate chip cookie. Both women said there was NO meatballs. Only had chicken, bacon, pepperoni and turkey. And only white bread, which was very dry. Cookie was very hard and tasted old. We watched 2 other customers walk away because they didn't have what they wanted. Then we were charged $36, because we were charged for 2 - 12" subs. It took 20 minutes to get a refund because a guy had to come from another building. Worst food and service ever!
Employee tool a 15 minute break in the middle of making sandwiches. Then came back and said there was no meat left. The deli meat was behind them. It just needed to be sliced. Lazy.
