Make more bread. You shouldn't be running out of your two most popular breads 1.5-2 hours before closing. It happens every night I go. That's poor planning, not a rush. Edit: "Salt" does not mean "salt and pepper". Please educate your non-english speakers what the difference is.
The quality of the food and service depends heavily on the workers. Some are really friendly, welcoming and put your sandwich together with quality. On the other hand, with a few workers I've had a consistent problem, that when getting sauce on my sandwich, they will put all the sauce on the very edge of the bread instead of the crease. So when they close the sandwich, it all comes out of the sandwich onto the paper, and barely any sauce gets in the sandwich.
