The staff and service were good, but the hotel itself is gross. You’re hit with a strong mildew smell as soon as you walk in, and the rooms are even worse. There was mold in the closet, and the carpet looks about 100 years old—dirty, sticky, and long overdue for replacement. Hard to feel comfortable somewhere that just doesn’t feel clean.
We recently used the Hilton as our base for my son and daughter in law's wedding that was held downtown. There were a total of eight rooms rented for the bridal party, me, my family and out of town friends. I did a lot of research on all the area hotels, read reviews and looked for value for the money. Elavators here suck
Do not stay here. Elevators not working, no air conditioning, no hot water, dirty, peeling paint, rooms smell like mold.
