My husband and I had met my friend here to celebrate a late Christmas. While we were waiting for our mobile orders, an employee approached our table and told us we couldn’t eat outside food without ordering. We had brought a bag of chips to go along with our order (2 footlongs, a 6 inch, a bag of chips, and a soda). I was sitting at a table waiting for my mobile order and someone came and told me I couldn't sit there without having subway food and told me to leave. She didn't ask if I was ready to order or ask if I had put in an order. Just confronted us and told us to leave.
I ordered food through the app for pick up on accident when I was trying to cancel it. I tried calling the store like it says on the app and not a single time that I call did someone pick up the phone and I called so many times because I can’t leave my house I have a two year-old toddler and I don’t have a car their website. Customer service thing was not very helpful. I can’t even confirm or deny if my order was canceled.
