Management would not take responsibility and so far the matter has not been resolved as I am still waiting on my refund after dealing with a chat bot. Too many other places to eat where customers are actually appreciated. ****Note: Despite sending the complaint, even after Subway replied here, I still have not received restitution, at this point I want my refund!*******
