My family was driving through today and we stopped at your Troy location on 231 S, store number was 6717, and I want you to know that having workers work in the conditions they're working in, is ridiculous. As hot as it is outside, and then they have to go to work for 8- 10 hours in a building where there is no air and temps are almost that, as outside temps is absolutely ridiculous, and I would like to know why the owners who are making them work in these conditions, aren't in the store working as well, suffering. Ordered an assorted meat 6inch the bun was totally stale and hard! I called To let them know they said they didn’t bake any fresh buns today! So I guess I got a bun that was at least older than one day maybe more! They said a manager would call me that was 5 hours ago!!!

if i could rate lower than a 1 i would!!! im a doordasher, got an order for a customer from this location on monday may 25th around noon. took me about 7 minutes to get from where i was at to this subway location. now my customers order had already been placed before i got there, when i pulled up there were no customers in the store, an older gentleman walked in as soon as i parked & got out the car. i walk in & see they arent working on my order so i sit down & they start helping the older gentleman when my customer's order... read more
My second time doing a huge catering order. Received half diet soda, no coke products and no condiments. Seems as though they were trying to get rid of unsold products. Never again $450.00
