The best subway experience I’ve had, I had the pleasure of having Liz as my sandwich artist and she was amazing, personable and kind and she made the sandwiches perfectly.
Called ahead to confirm they were open until 9 PM, showed up at 8:40, and asked the employee if they were open. He said they were open. Show up with no food out and asked again if they were open. The response I got was “No, we’re not closed, but we already put away all the food.’ If you’re going to stop serving before the posted hours, just change the hours on the sign. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time. Don’t claim to stay open until 9 if you’re not actually serving customers until then.
