the employees here qare always fantastic, but multiple old employees informed us that the OWNER TAKES THEIR TIPS if you add them from your credit cars which is UNACCEPTABLE. THIS CANNOT BE STOOD FOR THE OWNER SHOULD GET 0 IN TIPS EVER give these employees their tips cash or card or youre gonna have a boycott on your hands.
The owner of this location was one the phone with the employee. I asked for the receipt for my order and I was denied it for reason. I was charged extra money in store for my order which I placed online. When I asked for the receipt I was denied so I said I would have to call customer service to resolve the issue.
