I want it known who this is. The order for Herbie november 29th and pickup was supposed to be at 12:45...before we even got there. My partner shows up at around 1 to pickup and sees its busy. Not only were they extremely slow. They seemed negligent and lacked customer service.
I went to get lunch today and I was greeted amazingly however when it was time to place my order the frontline worker asked me what I wanted this is how the encounter went. Worker: what can I get for you? Me: a 6 in ham sandwich on wheat Worker: what type of bread Me: wheat? Worker: would you like any cheese? Amber and Lea always do an amazing job when I come in for lunch! They are consistently friendly and make a great sandwich. Definitely my go-to Subway location.
