My friend and I walked in, and they basically just stared at us for a few minutes. Once we were noticed, a lady asked how she could help. My friend ordered the Daily Special, Monday, meat ball sub. The lady, then confused, grabbed bread, and asked what cheese and what meat would like. My friend questioned her, and was like, “Whatever comes on the meatball sub.” She then continued to add american cheese and ham. Placed a pickup order for 11:35 am for a pizza. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick it up until 11:50 because a call went long. The pizza was cold due to them not having heating trays for the pickup orders (Definitely an issue I wish all Subways would address!) and the lobby has AWESOME air conditioning (which is a good thing to know on hot days). They were very nice and re-toasted the pizza for me!
The last time I was here, I had ordered double meat. I was shocked worth how little meat was on it. It was like a regular sub. This time, I didn't order double. When I got home, I opened my sub and it looked skimpy again. So I opened my sandwich and there were only 7 slices of meat across the entire footlong. There are supposed to be 12 slices. Twice now from this location. Prices have gone up to account for the cost. And they're STILL holding back on what we paid for. What do you have to say about this Subway?!
I ordered a 6 inch sub here and was given the smallest sub that I have seen in a long time for $7.99 plus tax. A footlong was $11.99 plus tax. I went to another Subway and the same sub was $5.99 for a six inch and $8.99 for a foot long.--exact same sub The prices here are absolutely ridiculous especially for what you get.
The person working the counter overcharged me by $5. I didn't recognize the error until I got to my table. I went back to the register to show them the .mistake. They said there wasn't anything either of the two employees on that shift could do about it; they weren't authorized to do a refund. Sunday lunch crowd and you leave the store in the hands of people who haven't been adequately trained. I suggested a free sandwich or two cookies . . . NOPE!!
