Great customer service
Placed a order cashier said she called and said she could not make the order We asked for a refund she did not know how to do it nor would help her give us any contact information to assist us and basically sorry for your luck this happened June 14, 2025, approximately around six, this is ridiculous. Will be following up with the franchise owner regarding this. Horrible I would recommend never going there!
Walked in to buy a sub. The manager claimed "we have no bread for sale." I observed 10 white loaves in the oven and no other loaves. I don't know why they couldn't sell me one of those loaves but I'll assume it was for a good reason. It was slightly before 1:28pm. If it becomes a pattern that this restaurant does not sell bread or have it prepared, then it might be best to call this restaurant before you drive there to know if they are actually serving subs during business hours or not.
