This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It happened on October 29 around 8:07 PM at this location. I accidentally sent an online order here instead of the store near my home — which is about 30 minutes away — and I called within minutes to explain the situation. Placed an online order and upon arrival was rudely told they did not have an order for my name. I was offered no help at all. It is the same woman who I’ve seen in recent 1 star reviews, she is supposed to be the “manager” but has a terrible attitude and will not help you. I wouldn’t even trust her around my food. I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. The staff was extremely disrespectful, and the service was unbelievably rude. They even argued with me about which toppings come on the sub, which was completely unnecessary. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt negative — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no respect. Even the manager joined in the complaining instead of setting an example for the team.
