I love this restaurant, their clean and the staff are always nice I don't understand the last negative comments you can be on the phone and not pay attention when someone is making your sandwich but I guess everyone have their own experiences.
I understand why many people give a 1-star review; I would like to give them 0 stars. I made an online order, and they gave me completely wrong items. I called them multiple times, but no one answered, so I replied to them online. The franchise owner responded the next day and taught me, as a customer, how to cooperate with the employees. Instead of addressing the issue, they were teaching customers how to be customers.
The staff are exceptional and the sandwiches they make are even better…it was perfect..
The chicken salad could not have been spread any thinner! Never been so disappointed at a subway!!
