Slow service (only 1 employee working during lunchtime rush), toppings looked a bit limp and they were very conservative with the toppings. Basically the same experience as the other negative reviews on here - will be avoiding this location going forward.
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway. I ordered two cookies from the menu, and both tasted absolutely pathetic—stale, unfresh, and super hard It felt like they didn’t even bother to check the quality of ingredients. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I bought my food and sat down to eat, like any normal customer. Within 2 minutes an employee without hesitation or feeling apologetic told me to leave because he wanted to clean the restaurant before rush hour. I was shocked — are paying customers not allowed to eat at restaurants anymore? It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. If cleaning is a priority, then time it better. On July 15th around 2:50pm, My friend and I came to the store and walked up to the counter to order my sub. The guy informed me it would take 10 minutes to complete the "online orders". I asked "why can't you make my sub?" He replied "online orders are the priority". I was so disappointed so I just walked out.
Priyank was there tonight and the guy was nice and courteous. Will always be coming back here for late night healthy meal after drinks lol
