Atmosphere gets a 4 because its small and quiet. Food very disappointing. Ordered a takeout footlong meatball sub on Italian herbs and cheese. I didn't get it toasted. I regretted not doing so. When my wife got home with it. Mind you I live in Pine View Apts 0.4 miles away. It was cold. Cheese was barely even melted. Im 100% disabled due to a tumor in my cervical spine. Went in to get a tuna sandwich and while eating it i found a long white hair in my sandwich, thankfully i was still in the parking lot so i went back in to get a new sandwich and they acted inconvenienced and bothered like it was my fault their hair was falling out into sandwiches. the gag is??? my second sandwich ALSO had a hair in it. never returning.
4:30pm The dude acted racist Couldn’t even look me in my eyes like he didn’t want to make a sandwich for a black guy even Purposely smashed my sub at the end I watched how he grabbed it with a shitty attitude, forgot to mention, he purposely put way too much sauce
The staff are always professional, the store is always clean, and the food is always fresh and good.
I am noticing a large number of low ratings for having an overall 4 star average, and my experience at this restaurant was not great.
