Food was fresh and everything our only problem is there was HAIR in our subs!!! The employees are not wearing hairnets or washing their hands after playing on their phones or wiping their noses. Totally disgusted and feel sick to my stomach.
Every time I eat here I get sick. I had to take Pepto-Bismol all night. I am so tired of making excuses for these pathetic restaurants. So if you want the details: employees do not wash their hands employees do not change their gloves (either between customers or all night!!!) they are cross-contaminated by touching garbage cans door handles phones etc and then making the sandwiches with the same dirty gloves!!! This is my favorite subway location. The ladies who work in the mornings always have my order ready & they even select the chips I like bc I can’t choose it in the app. And they helped remedy a situation that another location (sw railroad Hammond) refused to help me with. I order here all the time and they never disappoint
I did an online pick up order and when I got home the sandwich had 1 of the 5 toppings I ordered on it. I checked the receipt on the bag and on my app and both had all of the toppings listed out, but nothing on my sandwich. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience
