I just tried to get food about 10 minutes ago and the place was locked, with the open sign on and no clear communication what was happening. This is simple stuff that a guest shouldn’t run into. Be better.
The young lady working tonight was very polite and pleasant. Great sub and the cookies were very fresh! 😊
If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl that’s works there hates her job and shouldn’t deal with the public. Doesn’t greet you when you come in, just stands there waiting for you to tell her what you want. Makes the sandwiches so poorly, and the best part, is the tip option when you go to pay at the end. Girl if you want to make more than minimum wage and take advantage of the tipping policy now at subway, be better at customer service, or find another job where you don’t have to interact with people.
manager and afternoon staff are very friendly and they make great food, very polite, always come here and they never give me anything to complain about
