Placed an order through the app. Arrived a few minutes before time to be ready. Walked in and guy behind counter said ran out of bread and it would be 10 minutes. Ok, I understand that. Went back to car to wait. Came back in 10 minutes later and the guy said would be ready in 10 minutes. I told him he just told me that 10 minutes ago. He just smiled. As I am typing, still waiting another 10 minutes, for 30 minutes total. Would cancel order if there was another Subway closer. Will probably not come back to this location.
Just had the nicest, most cheerful guy ever! He was very careful in making my order and was very conversational! I didn’t get his name but he had an accent and a big smile! keep up the great work, man!
Hands down the cleanest, most organized Subway I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches and ingredients are fresh and delicious. By far my favorite Subway store.
