We are regular customer here, we usually served by an asian lady she is very friendly and nice. Today me and my husband placed order on the app and we wanted to order the same sandwich one in person as well. So after placing order my husband after 5 minutes went inside and that male whoever was working inside said to my husband don't come after right placing the order. Extremely disappointed. I showed up after 9 p.m. and they already closed the washroom and the toaster was broken. Absolutely abysmal!
Me and my coworker went today and the employee(man) told us that the POS is down, and told that it will take 25-30mins to work, and I ask if I can order online, he told me that he will not receive an order. So we decide to order in burger king beside them. Then after 5mins, there are 2 Indian customer came and order and he take their order. That employee is very rude and choosing his customer! We always eat here and we are very disappointed about this kind of attitude from your employee.
Love subway, this is one of the bad ones. Avoiding it after 4-5 consistently horribly assembled sandwiches even though I work nearby
No sign saying no 100 bill ordered 50 dollars worth of food said we don't take 100 dollar bill had to get together 50 dollars should have just left the subs and leave
