Good service and food was as subway
We ordered a Veggie Patty sub, and even though it was clearly a vegetarian order, the staff used a meat knife to prepare it. When we pointed it out, he just put the sub aside and moved on to another customer. After waiting patiently for about 15 minutes, when our turn came bac, he then told us there was only one patty left. We ended up leaving, such a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
TLDR: Avoid, miserable staff and store. I received a sad excuse for a sub via uber eats and it seems its becoming a trend, I used to order from this subway frequently but started noticing quality issues; -Not following requests and instructions -Wrong toppings -Not cut or toasted -Horrible portions -Poor assembly I tried to call to express my displeasure but no answer. I walked in today to order a sub, waited in line for 5 minutes while the other 2 customers were sitting down. As soon as the person ahead of me was done one of the guys sitting down rushes up in front of me and the worker just starts taking his order. I look at them like “Uhhhhh I was here first” and they both start arguing with me about how the customer was there first and had been waiting.
