Manager was extremely rude, wouldn't even allow a switch from Nacho to Cool Ranch Doritos on pick up order, saying it's not what I ordered, when I alreadypaid for a bag of chips. Flabbergasted!
Sub specialist was on top of things. Very helpful and fast. Don't know his name, but his employee number is 0690. Definitely on top things
