Poor customer service will never go here again
I will say the Loranger Subway is,IMO, the BEST subway definitely in this entire parish. Js. I do not know anyone that works there so I am not biased. I appreciate the friendly employees,they always have fresh veggies and cookies. We get the same subs most every time (kids pft lol) and it's made great every time. When I say pickles only extra pickles (again,kids pft lol) they do just that and I don't have to ask them 5 more times to put more cause theyre only puttin 3 at a time each time I ask for more. I did and online order. I had extra cheese meatball sub. With lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions less banana peppers, cause they go overboard sometimes, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. There was no cheese. No lettuce. Huge cuts of onions. Soggy tomatoes. This sandwich just was entirely horrible. I quit going in months ago because of this. Decided to try it again. Still horrible. Normally don’t say anything but can’t keep wasting money. Because I definitely don’t feel like driving back up there today.
Hours show closing at 9pm. Went to get a sandwich at 8:30pm and the door was locked and lights are still on.
The redhead behind the counter used the same gloves they touched the money with to make my sandwich
