Updated review! As manager did reach out and offered either a refund or 3 new subs. Ordered a pickup order for 3 meatball subs, arrived on time, and got the sandwiches. Went home to eat and took a bite of the sandwich and the meatballs were frozen cold, sauce cold as well. Even the other 2 toasted subs had cold meatballs and sauce. Called the restaurant, a girl answered, told her what happened, and all she said was she was sorry and then went silent… I said so yeah like what happened why are they cold?
