Kevin and Erin the owners don’t know how to do their jobs, you can’t sit in there unless you’re getting food then after you got to get out. Very unprofessional there. They have good workers though
Visited this establishment twice. Employees are not people pleasers. Food is OK; as it is Subway. Footlongs are approximately 11 inches long.... Still skimpy on meats, cheese and veggies..... Forget about toasting the sandwich because they don't toast it enough. Asked for artisan Italian bread toasted. Received a Flatbread cold roast beef! Awful!
Update 1.16.25. Do your employees care at all about their job? I know your manager doesn't. Tried to contact them several times with no response. UPDATE -THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY IT AGAIN. TONIGHT WE ONLY GOT MEAT, NO TOPPINGS AT ALL. NO SAUCE. NO VEGGIES. JUST BREAD AND MEAT. AND APPARENTLY THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE SINCE I'VE CONTACTED THEM FOR WEEKS ONLY TO BE IGNORED. So it's Friday. I'm enjoying my meal. End of my week. Dining in. Help is griping about their boss. Whatever! You know.... Young Kids. Apparently they think I'm a Security Risk. I paid. I did a 20 per cent tip. What the heck? Well ... Never again.... At least Strasbourg. Not even sure a full refund would fix the embarrassment I felt. Thanks but no thanks. Dissatisfied in Beach City!
