Stopped at the brand new subway shop in Hwy 12 in Willmar, this new store is awesome they are a very friendly and helpful staff, crew that is working is top notch. The store is clean the veggies are fresh and they were making fresh baked bread while in was in there. I really can't say enough about this new location!! Keep it up!
Service absolutely sucks waited in the drive thru for half hour until another employe showed up and finally came to the window just to ask about the wrong order they ha ent even started my order they need to be fired or closed never going back there again
The young girl that took our order tonight was just terrible. She ignored us when we walked in, was more interested in wiping the counter than helping us. As we gave our order, she was very short with us. No eye contact, the way she prepared our sandwiches made us wish we had gone somewhere else, next time we will. We declined the meal because we just wanted to leave. My son gave her a tip not because she was good or pleasant or even deserve it we just wanted to get out of there faster. I will not return there.
