Me and my boyfriend had an online order for 2 subs and we were very disappointed, the sandwich was made so poorly, they didn’t toast EITHER of our sandwiches and also forgot to add multiple ingredients. I will also note that the store wasn’t busy at all and had maybe 2 other customers before our order. What made this experience even worse is that when we called to ask for a refund the lady that was working on 6/10 evening time was VERY rude and inconsiderate and had horrible customer service skills! They don't take coupons. Apparently no location in the entirety of Minnesota honors coupons. Don't even bother printing them.
Food made me sick, cashier couldn't figure out the till. Wouldn't accept gift card due to cashier. Won't be back
