I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway (by telegraph cyn). I was overcharged by the employee at the counter, and when I asked about the pricing, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they either didn’t know the correct prices or didn’t care to explain the charge properly. I’ve been a regular customer, but this lack of transparency and poor customer service really makes me reconsider coming back. The girl with the glasses wasn’t too friendly and i had a pick up order and it said it would be ready at 8 and she didn’t even make it or apologize for it not being ready she just had a bad excuse and i definitely don’t appreciate her vibe or customer service.
Another disappointing experience at subway. Don’t even bother ordering your sandwich through the app. I ordered the sandwich 15+ minutes before arrival, only to get here and have them telling me they didn’t even start or know about it. I ordered it online to save time. Mind you there was only one customer in the store and there were two workers, so it’s not like they were packed. Really hope they get their online ordering together.
