I stopped by the Subway inside Walmart today and had a disappointing experience. When I ordered my usual ham and salami sub with extra meat (which I normally pay extra for instead of the deal), the employee told me they only had the bread I wanted. The total left me a little confused, but we paid anyway and sat down to eat. The food itself was great quality and tasted good. However, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Last few times I placed orders to heavy of sauces took over the sandwich itself
Why are they picking up the phone and then just leaving me and answer not talking to me for 10 minutes then I try to call back and they have the phone line busy also they messed up my sandwich and would not take responsibility
