I ordered online as I always do with a special note that said “please leave half of the club only meat cheese and black olives”. I’ve been ordering it this way for over a year at every subway I visit. I called about 5-10 minutes later when I opened the sub and told them that it was made wrong and that my child could not eat it. The worker told me it must not have printed on his end. This place sadly has gone down hill with the other subways in the area.
I would give zero stars. Doors locked at 7:30 even though says open until 9 on saturdays. Was going to eat inside but appeared to only be 1 worker so understandable and honestly not a huge deal. Went through the drive thru instead to pick up the order I placed online. Guy didn’t say two words just opened the window we said we had the orders and he hands us a bag then closes the window. I love the subway, I eat there at least once a week.
Food and staff were good but why in the hell do you have the a/c running when it is 58 degrees out? If you don't want customers in your restaurant to eat then take out the tables
