We walked into the store at approximately 8:55 p.m., the gentleman Daniel was doing his nightly cleaning as he was set to close the store. He stopped what he was doing, cleaned and washed his hands and proceeded to put gloves on to take our order. We notified him of a food allergy so that he could take the proper precautions to avoid any contamination. He relayed back that he wasn't sure of what all items had or involved the said allergy. First off I walked in and the smell was horrid the service was was terrible it too 30 minutes for one sub and then there happen to be maggots in the roast beef. There was also a blonde haired kid by the name of Christian who was rude and very slow and disrespectful.
We ordered subs a couple of days ago for a group. The manager took the order and was SO nice and friendly and helpful. The subs were ready on time, were prepared the way we wanted, and presented in boxes that were well labeled. For sure we will order them again for our group meeting.
Every time I go in theres a kid in there running around with her phone blasting whatever, food is very expensive and management is childish, floors dirty and broken, lights are a hazard and it smells bad.
