This is my observation. Preparation area of sandwichws looks terrible. No cleanliness whatsoever. I had to ask the clerk to clean the knife thoroughly because he was about to cut sandwich with mayonnaise on the edge of the handle near the blade. We walked in and clerks looked bored and disinterested whereas other Subways shops they say hello and acknowledge you. Very poorly managed shop. Needs management to care!

Brittany at Subway was fantastic and did one heck of a job at customer service being very polite and very very customer friendly
