SUBWAY IS JUST NO GOOD ANYMORE!!!! IT COMPLETELY SUCKS, Sandwich was soggy and tasteless. It's a real big no for me.
I placed a mobile order for pick up and immediately after realizing I placed it to the wrong location, I attempted to call them. Matter of fact, I called 7x and it would ring and ring until it disconnected due to no one picking up. I have reached out to Subway customer service for a refund but it would have been nice if they actually answered the phone.
Terrible location for delivery orders. I've gotten multiple orders either wildly incorrect (completely different sandwich) or they don't pay attention to the order and mess up anything you want added or removed. They also never answer the phone if you need to contact them.
