The manager and staff (Kristin, Keiko, Kailee) all were customer service oriented. We had a huge order--our 6' and 3' subs were amazing and loved by all--beautifully made, dressed, and sides well-packaged for me to take to the canal for a party of 35! We had a snafu with corporate subway's menu, but the manager handled it professionally . We were VERY satisfied. The shop itself was clean and organized.
Went in to get a sub, was told that they were only accepting online orders; that I could place one and it’ll be ready in 20 mins. I figured maybe their register was down or something and that’s why it was online only. He said “No I’m just the only one here right now and I don’t want a lot of people in here”. I was the only person there and he was not prepping other orders….
Went in to get a sub. Was told that I can’t order right now, but I can wait for 15 minutes and then order. “We are only doing online orders right now. We are having a crew change, but you are free to wait.” There were four employees there! Yet they refused to make me a sub and interrupt their shift change. Wow. What a way to do business !
Drove there last night, on line orders only so we were ignored, never going back!! Jersey Mikes here we come!!!
I placed an online order stating that I would need my turkey extra toasted due to being pregnant and not being able to have the bacteria that comes with deli meat, I went to pick up my order and the girl with long brown hair was very rude when I walked in. She didn’t even ask for my name or anything she looked at me then grabbed the bag “that was thankfully mine” and tossed it on the counter while she was mopping the floor and then Proceeded to mop without even saying anything.
