I have been to many subway restaurants where they display the meats through the glass display so the customer can actually see what they are ordering. Not the case in this location. The meats were covered by a metallic cover which made it impossible to customers to see what they are getting. I asked to see their teriyaki chicken and the employee scooped a sample from under the metallic contraption and it was old and dried. Yesterday, when I was trying to order, I spotted a roach crawling around the veggies!
Stopped in to get some subs for my family. Macy was my sandwich maker. She barely said two words to me, didn't smile not once and after taking my payment she walked away without bagging my food or offering my receipt. Just seemed bothered to be there. I understand everyone has their bad days but, when you work with the public you have to learn to fake it just a little bit. Her attitude just brought down the entire atmosphere around her and was less than pleasurable to deal with.
Absolutely the best protein bowl I’ve ever had. I ordered through the app. It was ready a few minutes early and the staff was awesome and accommodating. We have a delicious Subway in Richlands, NC!
I went today with my boyfriend to get me a sandwich. Kayla was very nice :-) there was some trouble with the other worker as he was unfortunately bothering Miss Kayla. However, she handled it very professionally and gave me good quality service. Thank you for being so nice, praying for you girl!!
