The taller lady behind the counter who was the oldest worker there was not very pleasant. She was complaining about working on a Sunday. Her team made a delicious sub though. The two young ladies (one who put the toppings on and one who ended up being the cashier) were very polite.
I ordered 4 subs on the app on June 26th, when I got home, all 4 were inedible. The bread was dry and brittle and crumbled into 1,000 pieces. Needless to say they were trashed as the restaurant had closed by then. I reached out to support for a refund and was responded to by the manager on June 30th who wrote: "I am so sorry about your experience, we had a couple case of white bread that came through and we really struggled baking it, am not sure what happened with it.
